Be CPSIA compliant on youth garments with NO EXTRA PHTHALATE COMPLIANT INK CHARGE!   It is required by the CSPIA law for garments intended for youth 3 and under to be printed with Non-Phthalate inks.  As a company, we feel it is important for all youth shirts to be printed with the safest inks.   So Trademarks will print youth shirts with Non-Phthalate inks with NO EXTRA PHTHALATE COMPLIANT CHARGE.  Compliant CSPIA tracking information is still required on garments for children 12 and under and may require a set up charge.  Use this as a selling point with your customer.  We have been printing Phthalate Compliant ink since the spring of 2010.
